Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on fulfilled orders. However, for quality-related changes, such as editing and proofreading services, and to ensure compliance with provided requirements, we have a revision process in place designed to assist customers and prioritize their satisfaction.
If the fulfilled product does not meet the specified requirements stated at the time of order placement, an extensive internal review will be conducted, and the content will be revised or recreated at no additional cost.
Revisions
Each package has its own revision policy, detailed in the service description. Revisions are offered within 5 to 10 days after the order status changes to "Waiting for Customer Approval" in our Order Management Platform. The revision period depends on the chosen package.
Revisions begin when the order is presented for review and the status is updated to "Waiting for Customer Approval." Customers can request revisions by contacting their assigned Project Manager via email, ensuring the original requirements are met for the entire product.
Customers can make personal changes to the content after receiving it before publishing. The content is delivered in Word format, and customers retain its rights.
Refunds
Refunds at Lynx Publishers are handled case-by-case. Our teams will collaborate with you to address any issues effectively.
Ineligibility of Refund Claims:
- Minor Errors or Technicalities: Refunds will not be granted for delays resulting from minor errors or technicalities like grammatical, typing, or word count compensation issues.
- Client-Related Delays: Lynx Publishers is not responsible for delays caused by clients, and refunds will not be provided in such instances.
- Low Word Count: Refunds won't be accepted based solely on low word count.
- Lack of Concern Submission: Refunds won't be considered if the client hasn't submitted concerns about the delivered work.
- Additional Requirements or Outrageous Demands: Refunds won't be accepted for delays caused by new requirements or outrageous demands not communicated during order placement.
Change of Mind:
- Before Work Initiation: Clients may request a refund within one business day after placing an order if they wish to do so before writers and editors start working. The request must be in writing via email.
- After-Work Initiation: Refund claims post-project initiation will be considered if the client has used at least three revisions and a partial refund may be issued.
Late Delivery:
- Lynx Publishers’ Guarantee: We guarantee on-time deliveries. If a project is not delivered on time due to unforeseen reasons and the client has made at least three contact attempts, a 50% refund will be processed with documented evidence of the delay being our fault.
- Client-Related Delays: Refunds for late deliveries won't be provided if the delay is caused by the client's fault.
Inadequate Delivery:
- Feedback and Revisions: Refund requests are accepted if the client has documented at least three revision requests and communicated concerns to our support team three times within two weeks.

- Communication Channels: All communication during pre-sales or post-sales stages should occur through our official channels, and caution is advised against random calls or emails claiming association with Lynx Publishers. The company is not responsible for scams originating from such sources.
