Michael Schalow is a veteran educator and basketball coach with 38 years of coaching experience, including 30 years at Kaukauna High School. His teams won two Wisconsin state championships and numerous conference and regional titles. After retiring in 2025, Schalow turned his decades of coaching experience into Everything Counts, sharing practical strategies for building successful programs and developing athletes both on and off the court.
